Colour: beautiful shiny gold with green highlights.
Nose: frank, mixing scents of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) and white flowers (acacia).
Palate: the lively attack, the aromas perceived on the nose are found in the mouth. The finish is tense and aromatic.

This wine, with its great freshness, goes perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, charcuterie or even goat's cheese. It can also be eaten on its own, as an aperitif either plain or with 1/5 of Burgundy blackcurrant cream to make the famous Kir.

Serving: 12 to 14°C.
Laying down: to be consumed in its first years to appreciate all its freshness.
