Appereance: Bright and clear cherry red.

Nose : It "pinots" with a dominant fruity character (blackcurrant, cherry), black berries with a hint of spice, vanilla, and mint.

Palate : Smooth and round on the palate with well-integrated tannins. A beautiful, refined finish with good length.

This wine pairs perfectly with red meats, grilled or roasted, a charcuterie board, game terrines, and soft cheeses.

Ideally serve at a temperature of around 14°C to 16°C.

This wine will easily keep for 5 years under proper conditions.
