Color: Cherry red, crystalline.
Nose: Complex and powerful, predominantly fruity (griottes, citrus fruits, fresh fig), woody, undergrowth, spices.
Palate: Powerful and full-bodied. Flavors of cherries, wood and spices. Very robust structure with melted tannins. Magnificent balance. Pommard are firm wines, with a lot of
color and an intense bouquet.

Roast game, grilled and roasted red meats, cheeses (especially if they are aged with Marc de Bourgogne).

Service: Between 16°C and 17°C
Aging: From 10 to 25 years
