Dress featuring a beautiful yellow gold.
The nose is both mineral and fruity citrus type (grapefruit and citrus) with notes of peach and pear.
The palate is rich and opulent, a sign of a beautiful marriage between aging in barrels and the terroir of the wine. Aromas of acacia, fresh almond and hazelnut add to the bouquet of white fruit on the finish.

Pouilly-Fuissé “2 terroirs” can be drunk young to appreciate its fruity and fresh aromas. However, it can be kept for 10 to 12 years.
It will enhance scallop gratins, creamed chicken, sweetbreads, foie gras, cooked cheeses...

Decant and drink rather chilled, between 12 and 14°C, to discover its rich and complex aromas.
