Dress displaying a beautiful pale, crystalline gold.
The nose is intense. It opens very quickly, with notes of acacia, fern, honeysuckle on classic aromas of citrus and exotic fruits.
The palate presents a beautiful minerality, it is said that there is “ardor in the mouth”. Aging both in wood and in vats allows for the best combination of fat and acidity. A slightly muscat sensation is expressed in the finish.

Saint-Véran la Grande Bruyère can be enjoyed in its youth. However, it can be kept for more than 5 years.
It will happily accompany frogs, oysters, fish terrines, snails, goat cheeses.

Decant and drink rather chilled, between 11 and 13°C, to discover the rich and powerful aromas of this wine.
