A beautiful deep colour with powerful and complex aromas of red and black fruits and liquorice. The wine is structured, with a good length in the mouth. It develops a lot of finesse, the tannins remain silky. Elegant. A great wine.
It goes well with finely cooked red meats, game of all sizes, marinades, stews and cheeses that are quite spicy but fine.
