    Pale gold with silver highlights. Nose: Both pure and complex with a patchwork of fruity scents (peach, melon, grapefruit), woody (grilled, fresh wood, coffee, vanilla) and dried fruits (almond, raisin, coconut). Palate: Well balanced, mixing the scents of citrus, woody and white flowers. The small touch of minerality in the finish reminds us that we do indeed have a Chardonnay from Burgundy.
