Color: Very clear, green gold.

Bouquet: Aromas of oak, fresh almond, white flowers and hazelnut.

Palate: The mouth is supple and full of length.

 

The white Auxey-Duresses coming out of the cellar (12°C) will be perfect on a table, a slight evolution up to 13 or 14°C being favorable. A cooler service would mask the beautiful suppleness of these wines and extinguish their bouquet.

 

White wines benefit from their flexibility to be already appreciated but can also be kept for 3 to 5 years.
