Perle Rouge is a powerful, full-bodied original, with a bright violet-tinged vermillion color. The nose is abundantly fruity, with delicate aromas of blackcurrant buds then jam and fruit in eau de vie. It is a rich mouthful of red berries, balanced by a subtle dosage.

Audacious combinations: This wine calls for some bold combinations with grilled meat or boudin, fruit or chocolate tarts.

Varietals: Pinot Noir, Gamay

Alcohol: 12.5% by vol.

Dosage: 25 g/l. (dry)

Ageing: 30 months

Best drunk well-chilled between 6 and 8°C
