Côtes-du-Rhône "Les Rabassières" 2021 Blanc - Maison Bouachon

Product details

The color has a beautiful white gold color with delicate, slightly green reflections. The nose is supple and captivating with fresh summer fruits (apricot, peach) with exotic notes of mango. It then opens with aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers (acacia, hawthorn). On the palate the lively and fresh attack reveals a good balance with fat and good length, all being very harmonious.

This wine will be very suitable as an aperitif accompanied by tapenade toasts for example but also with a fish terrine or marinated salmon.

Serving temperature: 8 to 9°C. (not too fresh) to reveal all its complexity on the palate.
Keeping: Young this wine will express all its charms but it can be kept for two to three years.
