Perle d’Or Rose has a subtle salmon pink hue, with a generous foam and persistent bead. On the nose, it offers tempting notes of red berries like strawberry or cherry. Once it opens up, there is a delightful hint of toasted brioche. The red-berry aromas in the mouth are complemented by touches of yellow peach and almond. Perle d’Or Rose is a pink Crémant de Bourgogne with a great presence, ideal to accompany the most delicate of dishes.

Short maceration brought out a perfect nuance of pink. Perle d’Or Rose 2015 is a Crémant de Bourgogne Éminent, which means part of the wine spent six months in oak barrels. Bottle-ageing for more than three years on laths gives the wine its unique patina. A great wine with a subtle yet distinctive personality bearing the mark of its vintage.
