Dressed in a beautiful, bright ruby ??color, this wine offers an aromatic bouquet rich in fresh red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, violets and black pepper as well as almost “earthy” notes. On the palate, the attack is lively and refreshing, with a beautiful tannin structure, but the latter remain supple and well integrated.

Masculine and yet delicate, it displays a tannic structure that appeals to fine cuts of meat, such as braised pork, well-marbled entrecôte, poultry stews and its curry or tandoori variants; but the delicacy of its aromas and its finish also predestines it for more creative pairings with paella, tapas or spring rolls. For cheeses, he appreciates the delicacy of a Chaource, the fruitiness of a Comté or the strong flavors of an Époisses.
