Colour: Deep and bright garnet red.
Bouquet: Black berries and fruits aromas dominate with elegant spicy and woody notes.
Palate: A dense, rich and well-structured wine in the mouth, carried by the black fruits flavours again and quite present tanins that will soften with time.

This Premier Cru wine will perfectly accompany roasted poultry dishes and tasty red meats, on exotic and spicy dishes that will perfectly balance the peppery side of the wine; with also an ham or a cockerel in sauce, but also spring rolls or barbecued pork chops.

Can be kept in the cellar for 6 to 8 years.
