Robe : deep ruby red with purple reflections
Nose : black fruits (black cherry, blackberry) with spicy and peppery notes
Palate : fresh and crisp fruitiness. Notes of vanilla, toast and spices. Fine and warm tannins, almost liquorice in the finish.

To be enjoyed with a plate of fine charcuterie, a rack of lamb, a filet mignon, an entrecote steak or even a nice cheese platter.
Cellaring : 7 years
Serve and enjoy ideally at a temperature of 15° to 16°C.
