Color: deep, dark garnet, deep.
Nose: complex and subtle, notes of red fruits, blackcurrant, with a zest of liquorice and a hint of vanilla.
Mouth: round and harmonious, concentrated while remaining very elegant, beautiful finish with a touch of freshness from the aromatic notes.

This wine will be the remarkable companion to a duck confit, an eel matelote, a Cantal or a Pont-l’évêque.

Serving temperature: 16°C maximum. Pour into a carafe one hour before the meal.
Keeping: Wine to drink now but which will fully express itself after 2 to 3 years. Excellent longevity, store bottle lying down, away from light.
