Palate : A wine full of fruit and delicacy with a supple attack, and a structured mouth carried by long and fine tannins.

Enjoy ideally with roasted lamb or beef, roasted poultry or poultry in sauce..

Ageing potential : 5 years following the vintage and more in good cellaring conditions.

Serve ideally at a temperature of around 15/16°C. (59-61°F.).
