Colour: Intense garnet red with purple hues.

Nose: Aromas of red berries jam, undergrowth (strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry) with spicy notes of peppermint which brings a pleasant freshness.

 Palate: The attack is supple and round, reminiscent of ripe fruit associated with light spices such as cinnamon, vanilla mixed with pleasant notes of brioche bread. The supple and melted tannins give this wine breadth and volume on the palate.

This wine will be paired perfectly with grilled red meats, stuffed bellpeppers or grilled Mediterranean vegetables.
