Adorned with a golden yellow color, this wine reveals a rather mineral nose, associated with aromas of citrus and some notes of white flowers. The harmonious palate with at the end of palate is enhanced by a beautiful freshness and a tangy sensation.

Its minerality makes it a friend of delicate fish, pan-fried or even better steamed. Omelettes and poached eggs, just seared or marinated vegetables are also appreciated a lot. Also very good on soft cheeses like Camembert, whose creamy texture will be well balanced by the slightly mineral acidity of this beautiful wine.
